The Process
Every project follows the same path: understand what you want, design it together, handle the paperwork, and see it through construction. What stays the same is that you work with me directly at every stage. No handoffs, no guessing where things stand, just one person who knows your project inside out from the first conversation to the final photo.

We start with a conversation. Understanding your requirements before anything gets drawn.
Every project begins with a brief interview to establish your needs and goals. From there we request a new survey, review it for abnormalities, and follow up with a full site analysis, taking our own photos and measurements so nothing is left to assumption.

Design
Watch your home take shape in real time. We refine the concept together until it's right.
Using the survey as an overlay, we build a 3D model sketch for you to review, then repeat that process until you're 100% satisfied. This happens through both in-person meetings and video calls, so everything is signed off before we move forward.

Document
Complete working drawings, engineering, and permits handled on your behalf.
Once the concept is approved, we produce your working drawings and submit them to the municipality with all required documentation. In parallel, we coordinate structural engineering, lumber suppliers, an energy calculation, and your electrical layout, then resubmit for the building permit once everything is in place.

Build
Support continues through construction, right up to the finished home.
When permits are issued, we send you the plans for pricing and can recommend general contractors for your project. After a final review, we release the drawings for construction, make site visits during framing and again between rough-ins and drywall, and coordinate a final walkthrough and photography before occupancy.
